You’re invited to join these free, 45-minute yoga classes suited to all mobility and experience levels. Experience breath awareness, meditative movement, gentle stretching, strength-building, and balance. Regular practice of yoga can minimize the body’s stress response and promote nervous system regulation.
The Student Association for the Environment (SAFE) will meet every Tuesday to discuss their plans for the semester. The club promotes, through action and education, the importance of sustainability through service.
