ICC offers flexible payment options, including monthly payment plans, to help students manage their financial responsibilities.
Tuition Rates
Tuition rates are set for the academic year (fall, spring, summer). Required course fees are listed in the class schedule. Some program courses may have an associated Variable Tuition amount assessed.
On Campus Classes:
- 2024-2025 (Fall 24, Spring 25, and Summer 25): $160 per credit hour
Online Classes:
- 2024-2025 (Fall 24, Spring 25, and Summer 25): $160 per credit hour
Age 65+: FREE (for-credit classes only)
On Campus Classes:
- 2024-2025 (Fall 24, Spring 25, and Summer 25): $341 per credit hour
Online Classes:
- 2024-2025 (Fall 24, Spring 25, and Summer 25): $180 per credit hour
On Campus Classes:
- 2024-2025 (Fall 24, Spring 25, and Summer 25): $405 per credit hour
Online Classes:
- 2024-2025 (Fall 24, Spring 25, and Summer 25): $180 per credit hour
Variable Tuition
Program specific courses can have an additional Variable Tuition calculated and added to the tuition amount. Residency does not affect the Variable Tuition rate. You can look up the In-District tuition cost for individual courses by using the Class Search and looking under Additional Class Information.
Dental Hygienist: $80 per credit hour for 47.5 credits of DHYGN courses.
- In-District Tuition: $12,240 (76.5 x $160)
- Variable Tuition: $3,800 (47.5 x $80)
- Estimated Tuition Cost: $16,040 ($12,240 + $3,800); Average Per Credit Hour cost $209.67
Registered Nurse: $80 per credit hour for 40 credits of RNRS courses.
- In-District Tuition: $10,240 (64 x $160)
- Variable Tuition: $3,200 (40 x $80)
- Estimated Tuition Cost: $13,440 ($10,240 + $3,200); Average Per Credit Hour cost $210.00
Truck Driver Training: $3,630 flat rate for the 7 credit TKDR courses.
- In-District Tuition: $1,120 (7 x $160)
- Variable Tuition: $3,630
- Estimated Tuition Cost: $4,750 ($1,120 +$3,630); Average Per Credit Hour cost $678.57
When is My Due Date?
The due dates for your tuition payments are based on the date you register for classes and can be accessed through MyICC by navigating to the Financials section or by accessing the tuition payment system and checking your bill.
Fees
Fees are based on enrollment in specific classes. The total cost of fees for a given class is displayed on the Class Schedule and in your MyICC account once you are enrolled. You can look up fees for individual courses by using the Class Search and looking under Additional Class Information.

Claim Tuition on Your Federal Taxes
As a college student, you (or your parents or guardians) may be eligible for a tax credit for tuition expenses. Each January, the 1098-T Tuition Statement will be automatically uploaded to eligible students’ MyICC accounts. Students must consent to electronic delivery to view their 1098-T in their MyICC account.
Inter-District Cooperative Agreements
Do you live outside the ICC district and wish to study one of our programs that isn’t offered in your home district? You may still be eligible for in-district tuition rates at ICC.

How It Works
- Contact your home district community college for the Inter-district Cooperative Agreement application.
- Once approved by your home district, immediately submit it to ICC to ensure your account balance is adjusted to reflect the in-district tuition rate.
- District chargeback applications must be approved by your home district and should be submitted at least 30 days before the beginning of the semester.
- All district chargebacks, inter-district cooperative agreements, and miscellaneous agency authorizations must be completed and received by the Student Financial Services Office prior to the tuition due date of the semester.
- ICC reserves the right to change tuition and fees without notice.
