Visiting Student
Enrollment
As a visiting student with prior college coursework at an accredited four year institution, you will be automatically eligible to enroll in many transfer courses after ICC receives an official or unofficial transcript from you. Please note that it is your responsibility to verify that the class(es) you select will transfer to your institution and that you have met the pre-requisites through your coursework at your institution.
Visiting students who have prior college course work from an accredited 4-year institution may email an unofficial copy of their transcript.
If you are unable to enroll due to a pre-requisite error, please contact the Transfer Credit Evaluation staff. Please provide your name, your ICC student ID number, and the four-year institution you attend(ed). We will respond to your request within a business day so you can get enrolled as quickly as possible.
If you have not attended another college or university, you may need to take placement tests to meet the pre-requisites.
Make Financial Arrangements
You must login to MyICC to view your tuition charges and tuition due date. ICC no longer sends tuition bills. For assistance with MyICC, contact the ICC technology help desk at (309) 694-5457.
Tuition payments should be on time and can be made in person, by cash, or check.
Send a Transcript to your Institution
At the end of the term, do not forget to send a transcript back to your home institution.
