Campus Housing at ICC will NOT be leasing after the conclusion of the Spring 2025 Semester.
We are here to support students and programs, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through this challenge together. Our goal is to ensure a positive outcome for all those affected, and we are confident that by working together, we will do so.

Note: State law prohibits ICC from owning on-campus housing. Campus Housing at ICC is owned by Illinois Central College Student Housing LLC, a subset of the ICC Educational Foundation.
