Indulge your senses with an evening of creative cuisine, fine wine, and delightful company to benefit the Culinary Arts Institute and the Educational Foundation. Guests enjoy a cocktail hour in the Peoria Campus Student Center where students display projects and knowledge. Then, join the Culinary Arts Institute chefs and students in Dogwood Hall as they prepare a delicious and unique dining experience.
