Are you struggling with delays in the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) process? You’re not alone. The 2024-2025 FAFSA rollout has been challenging, with technical difficulties causing confusion and frustration for many students and their families. To help you navigate this, ICC is stepping up with extra support.

From August 6-8 and August 12-15, you can visit the East Peoria campus from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. for one-on-one assistance with a Financial Aid Specialist. Get expert help filling out your FAFSA, and enjoy free pizza while you’re there!

If you need help registering for fall classes, extended hours are available on Saturday, August 10, and Saturday, August 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Dr. Sheila Quirk-Bailey, ICC President, emphasized the importance of financial aid, saying, “Our extended hours and personalized assistance are all about ensuring you have the support you need to navigate the financial aid process and achieve your educational goals. Plus, we still have scholarships available for this academic year.”
