Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays are weekly drop-in sessions designed to support student well-being throughout the semester. Each session focuses on one or more of the eight spokes of wellness, including financial, social, spiritual, occupational, emotional, environmental, physical, and intellectual, and offers a relaxed space to pause, reflect, and recharge.
Students are welcome to stop by at any point during the session to talk with a counselor, ask questions, or learn strategies for maintaining balance during the semester.
