Step away from your routine and take a mindful midweek break with Walk & Belong. Led by Peer Support and Counseling staff, this relaxed one-hour hike invites students to enjoy light exercise, fresh air, and the mental health benefits of being in nature. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to connect with peers, share conversation, and experience a calm, supportive environment. Open to all students—no hiking experience needed, just comfortable shoes and a desire to recharge.
