SAFE Club Bobcat Research Presentation

Bobcats are back in Peoria! Join SAFE as they welcome Ellen Audia and Katie Buckman, PhD students at Southern Illinois University, for a fascinating exploration of bobcats in central Illinois. Learn about the history of bobcats in our state, the recent bobcat recolonization of northern Illinois, and bobcat ecology. Their research is helping the Illinois Department of Natural Resources understand bobcat population dynamics to develop strategies for managing bobcats in Illinois.
