Retirement Reception for ICC President Dr. Sheila Quirk-Bailey

Join us as we honor Dr. Sheila Quirk-Bailey, President of ICC, for her remarkable leadership and lasting impact on Illinois Central College. Through her vision and dedication, ICC has expanded opportunities for students, strengthened community partnerships, and built a foundation for future success. The program begins at 5:30 pm.
In recognition of her leadership, ICC is proud to name the Dr. Sheila Quirk-Bailey Student Impact Fund in her honor. This fund supports scholarships, workforce training, and programs that help students thrive. Every donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $250,000, thanks to the generosity of Bernie and Theresa Koch.
