Be part of a powerful and timely production. Audition for the ICC Theatre Program’s Fall production of Stop Kiss, a full-length comedic drama written by American playwright Diana Son.
The story follows Callie, a New York City radio traffic reporter, and Sara, a schoolteacher from the Midwest who moves to the city to teach third-grade students in the Bronx. Both women have boyfriends—but as their friendship deepens, they slowly discover they might be falling in love.
Their tentative first kiss in public provokes a violent hate crime, changing their lives in ways they couldn’t have predicted. What begins as a connection between strangers becomes the center of a powerful, surprising journey.
Production dates are October 8 – 12.
