National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) is a nationwide celebration in which a coalition of stakeholders, including employers, industry associations, labor organizations, community-based groups, workforce partners, educational institutions, and government leaders, come together to host events. These events showcase the successes and value of Registered Apprenticeship programs. Apprenticeships play a pivotal role in revitalizing our economy, advancing racial and gender equity, building a pipeline to good quality jobs, and supporting underserved communities.
Join us for an Apprenticeship Signing Day event scheduled for November 14th at 10:00 a.m. at the Peoria Campus Student Center. Caterpillar Community Relations Director Henry Vicary will be in attendance, along with representatives from Alcast and Liberty Steel.
