The Illinois Central College Educational Foundation Board of Directors is a working volunteer board that governs the Educational Foundation.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors guides the activities of the Educational Foundation through the development of strategies and policies in support of Illinois Central College and its students. Each member brings unique experiences, skills and perspectives, as well as a sincere desire to help ICC students and our community succeed.

Educational Foundation Board of Directors may serve up to two consecutive, three-year terms.

Trustee Liaisons:

Trustees are non-voting members of the Educational Foundation Board.

The Board of Directors meet every other month to discuss Educational Foundation business. In between, they attend Lunch & Learn events to learn more about programs and other exciting initiatives happening at the college.

Our Board members serve on the following Foundation Committees: Executive, Finance, Governance, LLC Board of Managers, Major Gifts, Nominating, and Special Events.
