Morton Industries: Building a Culture of Servant Leadership

Morton Industries has proudly partnered with ICC to bring the Servant Leadership series to its employees for six years, training over 120 employees.

This initiative has transformed our workplace, improving engagement and fostering a culture of collaboration and understanding. The training is more than a leadership course—it’s about personal growth, building strong relationships, and building unity.
