Appointment Scheduling

We’re committed to supporting you on your journey to success. Select the service you need below to make an appointment.

Admissions & Campus Visits

Admissions staff can help you through the first steps of applying and registering for classes. Make an appointment to learn more about our programs, the application process for admissions, financial aid and scholarships, student life, and ask other questions you may have.

Academic Advising

After you’ve been admitted, your student success advisor can help you develop an academic plan that aligns with your academic and career goals, select or change your degree / certificate, connect you to resources that can help you overcome barriers along your path, or choose classes for future semesters.

Mental Health Counseling

Our licensed counselors and mental health resources can help if you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed, if you’re experiencing challenges outside of school like drug/alcohol concerns, housing or food insecurity, if you’ve been sexually assaulted or are experiencing domestic violence, or if you’re dealing with grief, trauma, or other mental health concerns.

Testing Center

The Testing Center is available if you need to take a make-up test for one of your classes, take an exam for Access Services, GED/ESL/Workforce Equity programs, college credit equivalency, or if you are required to take a placement test.

Transfer Center

Staff in the Transfer Center can help you identify four-year schools that may be a good match for your career goals and develop a plan to ensure a smooth transfer process.

International Student Services

If you’re an international student in the United States on an F1 student visa, you must coordinate with International Student Services. U.S. immigration rules can be confusing. International Student Services will help ensure you remain compliant with government laws and regulations.

Access Services

Access Services offer support services to students with varying disabilities.

Career Services

Career Services is available to help with all of your career development needs. For some this might mean career testing to help identify the perfect career, assisting with a job search, resume preparation or critique, or even mock interviewing.

Students can work with Academic Support Center tutors. We offer both in-person and online tutoring. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
