Actuarial Science
Students who have a strong interest in mathematics and business should investigate the Actuarial Science field of study. Actuaries use mathematical, statistical, and economic models to design, price, finance, and operate benefit plans which protect people from risks of injury, illness, death, property damage, and the loss of income due to unemployment or retirement.
