Horticulture- Turfgrass Operations

The Horticulture – Turfgrass Operations certificate program is designed to train individuals for entry-level positions in the areas of home lawn care worker, turfgrass grower, golf course attendant and turf and grounds workers for park districts, as well as public and private institutions. In addition, it provides opportunities to individuals already employed in a horticulture business to gain knowledge and skills necessary for upward mobility in their chosen field.
