Student Services Office
The role of the Student Service Office is to provide students with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to be successful in college and navigate the college process. Some of the key processes we support include the following:
- Harassment or Discrimination
- Student Feedback
- Academic Misconduct
- Enrollment for Students Under the age of 16
- Late Withdrawal Requests
All forms can be picked up on the East Peoria Campus, Administration Building, L210.
There are a growing number of laws and mandates that have an impact on students. The Student Services Office will send monthly emails to all students related to compliance and other items that are critical for students to know. A list of the topics that are related to students will be coming soon.
For any questions, concerns, or suggestions related to Student Services or any of the departments in the Student Services Division, please stop in L221 to talk to Brandy Moore for guidance on the best office to assist you.

Athletics and Physical Education Department
Enrollment Management Department
The Dean of Enrollment Management is responsible for Enrollment Services, Student Accounting, Financial Assistance and Veterans’ Affairs offices. All late and medical withdrawals are submitted to this office for review and processing. Forms are available at any Enrollment Services station or on the East Peoria Campus, Administration Building, L220.
Dean of Students — Emily Points
The Dean of Students is responsible for the areas of Access Services, Testing Services, Counseling Services and Advising Services. In addition, all Student Code of Conduct, as well as related discipline and sanctions.
