Voter Registration available on the Peoria Campus :: Sept. 21 and 26

Voter registration will be available on Sept. 21 and 26 from 10 am to noon in the Student Center at Peoria Campus.

Important information about registering to vote:

  • You will need to register again, if your name or address has changed since the last time you voted.
  • To register, you will need the following –
    • Two pieces of identification. It does not have to be a photo ID.¬†One must have your present address listed.
      • Drivers license or state ID card
      • Social Security card
      • Union card
      • Student or employee ID
      • Insurance card
      • Library card
      • State medical card
      • Membership card for fraternal or professional organization
      • Lease or rental agreement
      • Utility bill
      • Credit card
      • A letter or bill mailed to your address
      • Checkbook
    • You also may register to vote at any public library until October 8, 2018.
    • Late Registration: After the deadline of October 8, you can still register and vote at the same time at the Peoria Election Commission, located¬† at 4422 Brandywine Drive, Suite 1, Peoria. The phone number is 309-324-2300.
    • You can still register and vote if you have served time in prison or had a felony conviction in the past. You also can register and vote if you are on parole or on probation.
    • You cannot register if you are on work release or on furlough.
