Parking reminders for students

The Campus Police Department reminds ICC students that parking will be strictly enforced this semester.  Violators will be issued tickets, and monetary fines will be assessed.  Each campus parking area has signage listing restrictions.  (In particular, Lots V, C, E, and staff parking in A1 on the East Peoria Campus, are problem areas that will be heavily monitored by officers.)

A few reminders:

  • Students are never considered visitors, so please do not park in the Visitors lot (Lot V), except for the posted 30-minute parking spaces.
  • The Campus Housing parking lot is restricted to residents displaying a current parking sticker or guests displaying a guest pass issued from the Campus Housing office.
  • Please be attentive and vigilant while driving on campus.  If involved in or witness a crash, call Campus Police immediately at (309) 694-5111 or report it on the ICC Guardian App.  The free Guardian mobile safety app is available from your app store by searching “Rave Guardian.”
  • spaces with blue lines = employees only (no student parking);  unrestricted areas marked with yellow lines = students;  diagonal yellow stripes through spaces (usually at the end of rows) = a big no, no

Parking rules and regulations can be found on the ICC website at icc.edu/directory/campus-maps-hours-parking/.

Questions should be directed to the Campus Police Department non-emergency line at (309) 694-5223.

Have a great and safe semester!
