Illinois Central College is committed to the philosophy that all employees and students have a right to work and be educated in a discrimination-free environment.
All new employees (faculty and staff) are required to complete the following modules within 30 days of your hire date:
- Ethics and Compliance Essentials
- Preventing Discrimination and Harassment
- Reporting Child Abuse on Campus
- Title IX Discrimination and Harassment
- Workplace Diversity
New employees will receive an email from Organizational Learning with a web address to complete the training modules. Upon completion of each module, your progress will be automatically recorded and you will complete your compliance checklist in NeoGov. You may also choose to print a Certificate of Completion for your own records.
Additionally, all employees are encouraged to complete the Workplace Bullying module.
