Wellness Works Seminar: The Skinny on Body Fat and What It Means for Your Health

Traditionally BMI, or Body Mass Index has been used as a way to measure your health, but what really matters is your Body Fat percentage. In this presentation, you will learn what the ideal body fat ranges are for men and women of different ages, how to best measure this number, and what this number means for your overall health. You’ll also learn the necessary tools to manage and reduce your body fat through healthy eating and exercise.
