Wellness Works (DVD) Presentation “Be Your Own Diet Detective” at the North Campus April 2
A DVD presentation of “Be Your Own Diet Detective,” presented by Mekenzie Riley, MS, RDN from the University of Illinois Extension will be shown on Tuesday, April 2, at 1 pm, in Hickory 108.
The presentation will help participants sift through all the nutritional information in the media to better make informed health decision. All attendees will receive 5 Wellness Works points.
