Technology Services now issuing employee ID badges

All employees should now contact the Technology Services Help Desk for all matters pertaining to ID badges, including new or replacement badges and security access issues. The Human Resources Dept. will no longer issue ID badges.

  • Current employees: Your first step is to contact the Help Desk at Ext. 5457 or email [email protected]. The Help Desk can help troubleshoot problems with security access and approve a request for a new badge to replace one that has been lost or broken. A replacement badge also may be requested if there has been a change to a department or job title.
  • New employees: Contact the Help Desk at Ext. 5457 or email [email protected] to request a badge.

Employees ID badges are issued Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, in Technology Services Room L122, on the East Peoria Campus. Note: It will take 24-48 hours for room access once security clearance is applied.
