Service Excellence: Leading Through Service – June & July sessions scheduled
All faculty, staff and supervisors are invited to join us for Service Excellence: Leading Through Service. This updated workshop (formerly known as Service Excellence Project) focuses on the requirements, skills and opportunities necessary to fulfill ICC’s vision of providing excellent service to our students, our colleagues and our community. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about other areas of the college, gain an understanding of ICC’s Service Principles (formerly known as CougarCARE Principles), evaluate their own service behaviors and discuss appropriate service practices while networking with fellow service providers.
The workshop includes a short assignment to be completed before each session followed by hands-on activities and group discussion during the sessions. Participants should complete the assignments and session work for both days of this workshop to receive full benefit of the learning and discussion opportunities. Seating is limited for all sessions.
Sessions are scheduled for:
- Thursday, June 11 (Day 1) & Thursday, June 18 (Day 2) – both days will meet from 8:30-11:45 am in TC313, East Peoria Campus; registration deadline: Tuesday, June 9
- Wednesday, July 22 (Day 1) & Wednesday, July 29 (Day 2) – both days will meet from 12:30-3:45 pm in Room 239A, East Peoria Campus; registration deadline: Monday, July 20
