Personal Training Clinics Coming to the Fitness Center
Saturday, Sept. 24 from 10:30 am to noon, the Fitness Center will host a $5 Training Clinic for a Ladies Only Weightlifting session.
Darcie will go over how/why/when to weight train using Bench Press and Deadlifts specifically for women and allow time for plenty of practice.
