Performance Review and Development Plan REMINDERS
In preparation for 2018-2019 performance evaluations, please note the following:
- Employees who will receive an aggregate score below 3.0 must be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). These evaluations and corresponding PIPs are to be completed and forwarded to Human Resources, Room 305B, no later than June 14, 2019.
- Employees who will receive an aggregate score below 3.0 and are placed on a PIP do not receive a fiscal year salary increase for the FY20.
- The due date for all other performance evaluations has been extended to October 1, 2019.
- Per ICC Handbook, “Individuals hired initially full time March 1 or later will not be eligible for an annual increase until July 1 of the following year.”
