Outlook Scheduled Maintenance (July 21 and 22)

Technology Services will be performing scheduled maintenance on the faculty / staff email system during the weekend of July 21 and 22.  There should be no impact to email delivery, smart phone email access or the Outlook Web App available through http://mail.icc.edu  However, the Outlook application on your ICC workstation may be affected.  To minimize any issues we ask that all faculty and staff close their Outlook application before leaving for the week.

When returning to work on Monday you may receive an Outlook message stating, “The Microsoft Exchange administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook.”  If you receive this message please restart your Outlook application.

You also may see occasional login prompts from Outlook.  If you see a username/password dialog when opening Outlook, please make sure the username is in the following format: [email protected] where UserID is what you use to log into your computer. You also should check the “Remember my Credentials” checkbox.
