New Summer Schedule Policy
In an effort to better streamline documentation and to clarify guidelines for work and service hours over the summer months, Executive Cabinet has developed a new Summer Schedule Policy for 2018, which will be in effect from Mon., June 4 through Fri., July 27.
As in years past, ICC will offer a Flexible Summer Workweek Program to eligible employees. This policy outlines flexible workweek guidelines to accommodate non-traditional schedules where the quality, quantity and timelines of departmental services and productivity will not be adversely affected.
ICC offers the program to assist employees during the summer months to provide additional time with families, reduce commuting costs, and improve the overall work/life balance that is part of the College’s Wellness Philosophy.
The Request for Reduced Summer Schedule Form is available on ICCNET under the “Payroll” heading. Forms should be completed and signed by both the employee and supervisor and then forwarded to HR for approval by Fri., May 18.
