Mobile Mammogram Van Billing Errors
Due to a billing error between UnityPoint Health Methodist and Central Illinois Radiological Associates, some health plan members who participated in the mobile mammogram van testing in April or May of this year have received a bill from Central Illinois Radiological Associates. Employees who participated in the testing also may have received a phone call concerning this bill. Please do not pay this bill.
