ICC Catering Menu – 2013 Update

ICC Food Services recently updated their catering menu for 2013. Anyone planning or hosting an event at ICC (both internal and external groups) that includes food or drink offerings will be required to use the 2013 menu.

The menu details all catering offerings ranging from continental breakfast to cake and punch to a complete sit-down meal and is available in booklet form or may be viewed as a pdf “flip book” on iSpace or on ICCNeter the heading “Food Services.” To request a booklet be sent to you via campus mail, contact Stephanie Farquer, special events coordinator, at Ext. 5717.

The new menu went into effect as of Monday, September 2. All previous menus are now void, and all events will be subject to the offerings and parameters outlined in the new menu.

In addition to listing breakfast, lunch, entrée, hors d’oeuvres, snacks, and beverage options, the menus include the complete catering policy as well as the ICC Food Services First Right of Refusal. The First Right of Refusal states that any event on the ICC campus in need of catering (food and/or beverage at the event) must utilize the ICC Food Services Department who holds the first right of refusal. This means that if ICC Food Services is  able to provide the services requested, then the hosting person or group must use ICC Food Services to cater the event.
