Hosting an event at ICC? The Marketing Department can help!
Did you know that ICC has its own Special Event Coordinating staff? Stephanie Farquer and Samantha Dixon in the Marketing Department can help plan your event and will use their expertise to make your life a whole lot easier!
Contacting Stephanie and Samantha is the first thing you should do once you have the following information gathered:
- Purpose of the event
- Tentative date(s)/time(s) for the event
- Number of guests
- Budgeting concerns
- Possible resources needed
- ICC catering
- Room arrangement
- Audio/visual needs
- Directional signs
Employees may request space and resources through 25Live. However, if you feel you need scheduling assistance, contact Stephanie Farquer at Ext. 5717 or Samantha Dixon at Ext. 5595.
