Free ICC Cougar Karate Club for Faculty, Staff, and Students
You are invited to join the ICC Cougar Karate Club, which is open to all faculty, staff, and students.
This is a FREE program that takes place every Wednesday from 3:20-4:20 p.m. in Arbor 112 at the Peoria Campus. Classes start September 4 and run until the end of the semester. These classes teach traditional karate. Not only will you learn good self-defense, but it also includes physical fitness and it’s a great stress-reliever. No experience necessary.
Faculty and staff are more than welcome to attend, and we also would encourage you to please share this announcement with your classes to help us spread the word for students, too.
Classes are taught by ICC communication professor Joe Chianakas, who is also a 4th-degree black belt. For questions, e-mail Joe at [email protected].
