Flags at half staff
In accordance with the Illinois Flag Display Act and upon notice from Governor Quinn’s Office, all ICC United States and Illinois state flags will be flown at half staff from sunrise to sunset on Thursday, May 15, on behalf of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
