Electronic W-2 forms available through MyHR – Employee Self Services

In an ongoing effort to reduce ICC’s carbon footprint, the Payroll Department is offering all ICC employees the opportunity to receive their official W-2 form (Tax Return Statement) in an electronic format.

By consenting to receive your W-2’s electronically, you will be personally assisting the College to reduce the number of paper W-2 forms issued, which in turn reduces postage costs, reduces the cost of preprinted forms, and reduces staff time to re-print lost or misplaced W-2 statements.

As an added benefit, official electronic W-2 forms will be made available at least 10 days earlier than paper forms postmarked for mailing by January 31.  A separate email will be sent to your “@icc.edu” address notifying you of the availability of your official electronic W-2 form.  Additionally, prior year electronic W-2 forms are available from 2010, if applicable.

Once an employee submits a required “Consent Form”, prior, current, and future electronic W-2 statements will be available to view and print through MyHR – Employee Self Services.  Electronic W-2 Consent Procedures are located on ICCNET or by clicking on the link.

Please ensure your home address is correct, and notify the Human Resources office of any changes or updates.
