Congrats to Chef Charles and Culinary Program Student Lisa Dry :: Chef’s Association Award Winners
Congratulations to Chef Charles Robertson (Business, Hospitality, & Information Systems) and ICC Culinary Arts Program student Lisa Dry, who recently were recognized by the Chef’s Association at the Heart of Illinois Hospitality Association Winterfest banquet at the Par-a-Dice Hotel on February 8.
Chef Charles received the 2016 Chef of the Year Award, which is given to the individual who shows leadership in the field as well as within the organization and in promoting American Culinary Foundation standards. ICC student Lisa Dry received the 2016 Student Chef of the Year Award, which recognizes a student who possesses a high degree of professionalism, culinary skills and passion for the culinary arts.
