Are your faculty/staff locked out? Find out how to request room access for ICC’s new ID Badges
Human Resources will be conducting training sessions on how to properly fill out the Room Access Authorization section on the newly formatted Management Authorization Forms for faculty/staff ID badges. If you are responsible for coding room access, then it is highly recommended that you attend. You will learn room access codes, how to submit the information on a timely basis to HR, and how to maintain and update room access for members in your department. If the new Authorization forms are not properly filled out, it could delay the hiring process of your new employee.
The Room Access Authorization for Faculty/Staff ID Badges Workshop is scheduled in Room 212C for the following dates/times:
Wednesday, August 27, 10:00-11:00am
Thursday, August 28, 2:00-3:00pm
Wednesday, September 3, 2:00-3:00pm
Thursday, September 4, 9:00-10:00am
Sessions are repeated. Participants need only attend one.
