New Employees & Payroll Schedule

Congratulations on your employment with Illinois Central College! Now… what’s next?

Step 1

Confirm your application from icc.edu/jobs has been submitted for the current position you have been hired.

Step 2

Please ask hiring Supervisor/Manager about New Hire Forms.

Step 3

If applicable, order official transcripts, both undergraduate and graduate. Electronic transcripts can be sent to [email protected] or by mail to:

Transcripts must be received before you begin work.

Step 4

Schedule the required drug screen and physical examination per onboarding instructions.

Step 5

Complete Background check by going to mycb.castlebranch.com and “place order” using package code: ICC1967

Step 6

Once all the New Hire paperwork has been completed including the I-9 FORM, take the REQUIRED I-9 Documentation to Human Resources prior to start date.
