DESCRIPTION:Wellness Wednesdays are weekly drop-in sessions designed to support student well-being throughout the semester. Each session focuses on one or more of the eight spokes of wellness\, including financial\, social\, spiritual\, occupational\, emotional\, environmental\, physical\, and intellectual\, and offers a relaxed space to pause\, reflect\, and recharge. \nStudents are welcome to stop by at any point during the session to talk with a counselor\, ask questions\, or learn strategies for maintaining balance during the semester.
