Campus Maps Hours, & Parking

Please observe the following safety protocols on ICC Campuses:
1. A mask or face covering must be worn securely over the nose and mouth at all times. If needed, masks are available at Information Desks and from instructors.
2. Practice social distancing of six feet or more. Follow signs for directional walking traffic patterns.

DO NOT come to campus if:
1. You have traveled to a COVID-19 high-risk area or been in contact with someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, OR
2. You have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 24 hours: fever, chills, cough or difficulty breathing, loss of smell or taste, fatigue or muscle ache, congestion/runny nose (different from pre-existing allergies), sore throat, diarrhea or abdominal pain

East Peoria Campus

Entrances
Access points for these buildings are limited and noted with signage:

  • Edwards Library Administration Building: Entrance for Student Services and Bookstore located under walkway by the atrium. ADA entrance located closest to the Performing Arts Center and Career Center
  • Academic Building: Classroom entrances inside courtyard at atrium, 213, and 230 areas
  • Technology Center: 2nd floor lobby door for computer lab and TC classroom access only
  • AIT Building: Center of upper level on West side (near CAT Building) and East side (pedestrian bridge near Performing Arts Center)

Students and Visitors
Student access is limited to only those attending a class/lab or those with an advising appointment or business in Student Services or the Bookstore. Visitors are restricted to prospective students or approved vendors/contractors only.

Parking

Parking is available in Visitor’s Lot V, in yellow lined spaces in Lots A, B, F, G, and near Dirksen Hall.

15 and 30-Minute Spaces
Designated 15-minute parking spaces are located in Lot E and near the Loading Dock. Designated 30-minute parking spaces are located on College Circle and in the Visitor Lot. Students may use these spaces to make quick trips into the buildings.

Campus Housing
The Campus Housing resident parking lot is restricted to residents displaying a current parking sticker. The Campus Housing Office Lot is restricted to individuals with business in the office.
Residents are currently allowed only one visitor at a time. Visitors without a parking tag must park in yellow-lined spaces in Lot A.


Peoria Campus

Entrances
Access points for these buildings are limited and noted with signage:

  • Arbor Hall: North (near Lot 7) and East (near 15-minute parking) entrances
  • Birch Hall: South entrances (near Lot 2)
  • Cedar Hall: Main Lobby entrance (near Lot 3) and East entrance (near Disability parking by Lot 2)

Students and Visitors
Student access is limited to only those attending a class/lab or those with an advising appointment or business in Student Services. Visitors are restricted to prospective students or approved vendors/contractors only.

No special parking tags are required on the Peoria Campus except for use of designated disabled parking spaces.

15-Minute Spaces
Designated 15-minute parking spaces are located in Lot 8 near Arbor Hall and Lot 6 near Maple Hall. Students may use these spaces to make quick trips into the buildings.


Pekin Campus

There are currently no planned services available and the campus is open only to scheduled courses and personnel.

All entrances are open (parking in front and rear of building). Instructors will communicate entrance and exit plans for individual classes.

No special parking tags are required on the Pekin Campus except for use of designated disabled parking spaces.


Parking Violations

Signage is posted at each parking lot. Violator vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed and a fine will be assessed in accordance with College policies and state/local laws. See the College Regulations Policy on the Campus Police page for further information concerning fines and appeals.

Parking for Persons with Disabilities

Designated Disability Parking is available in lots on all campuses and is reserved for qualified individuals clearly displaying authorized Disability License Plates and/or Disability Placard.

Temporary Disability Parking Passes (for a maximum of seven days) may be obtained from Campus Police. These passes are given for walking disabilities such as temporary use of crutches, foot surgery, etc. Those requiring passes in excess of seven days are to obtain a Disability License Plate and/or Placard from the Illinois Secretary of State.
