The Fitness Center is located on Illinois Central College’s East Peoria Campus in the ICC CougarPlex.

All memberships include access to selectors strength circuit, free weights, cardio equipment, group exercise classes, indoor track and towel service.

Small Group Training members also receive access to any group training class they choose, a fitness assessment, ONE free clinic per month (fitness topics vary each month), and a 25% discount for one-on-one training sessions ($30 each).

Small Group Training

An affordable, fun way for members to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a great price. Join as a Small Group Training member to receive access to the fitness center, group fitness classes, any group training class, fitness assessment, one free clinic per month, and discounted one-on-one training sessions.

Punch Cards

Have a hectic schedule? Buy a punch card and make your way to the gym whenever you want! Punch cards can be purchased by visiting the fitness center front desk and they never expire.

Group Training Package

Get a group of 3-6 together for a fun, challenging journey to reaching your goals. For best results, we strongly recommend having partners who have similar goals. The entire group must register and exercise together. You will schedule your sessions with your trainer in advance.

Fitness Assessment

30 minutes session
Fitness assessments include an evaluation of the major fitness components, including body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and core strength. This screening is a great opportunity to receive a health risk appraisal for major cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
