Quality, accessible, affordable, and educational childcare services.

About ICC Children’s Center

Our developmentally appropriate program is for potty trained children ages 2 to 6. Your child can learn and grow as an individual in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment under the care of qualified teachers and staff. Our goal is to help your child develop a positive sense of self by promoting physicalsocialemotional, and cognitive development through play.

Learning Through Play – Philosophy of Child Development

Social – Help children feel comfortable at school, trust their environment, make friends, and feel like they are part of a group.

Emotional – Help children experience pride and self-confidence; develop independence and self-control, and have a positive attitude towards life.

Cognitive – Help children become confident learners by letting them try out their own ideas, experience success, solve problems, ask questions, and describe their ideas, observations, and feelings.

Physical – Help children increase their large and small muscle skills and feel confident about what their bodies can do.

Prospective Parents

Prospective parents can take a tour and meet our fully-licensed teachers by contacting us at (309) 694-5116 or [email protected].

Voucher Assistance Program

The Child Care Voucher Assistance Program supports low-income students by supplementing the cost of childcare services at locally licensed childcare facilities, CCAP-eligible providers or at the on-site ICC Children’s Center. The voucher is not intended to cover the full cost of childcare expenses but will help reduce the cost. Student parents’ eligibility would be based on their financial aid eligibility and the number of credit hours in which they are enrolled.
