03Enroll in Classes for Summer

As a visiting student from another university or a professional development student with prior college coursework, you will be automatically eligible to enroll in any transfer level course as part of a pilot program in the Summer of 2018. Please note that it is your responsibility to verify that the class(es) you select will transfer to your institution and that you have met the pre-requisite through your coursework at your institution.

Since this is a new process, we are still working out a few bugs. We have identified as many potential students as possible automatically, but if you are blocked from enrolling due to a pre-requisite, please contact Transcript Evaluation at [email protected] (fastest option) or by phone at (309) 694-5611 to be added to our system as a visiting student. Please provide your name, your ICC student ID number, and the University you attend. We will make the adjustment to your record within one business day of the request so you can get enrolled.

If you have not attended another college or university, you may need to take placement tests to meet the pre-requisites.

If you do not meet the prerequisite or if you have not taken college courses, go schedule an appointment to take a placement test. If you have questions or need assistance registering for the test, contact the Testing Center at (309) 694-5234.

04Make Financial Arrangements

You must login to eServices to view your tuition charges and tuition due date. ICC no longer sends tuition bills. For assistance with eServices, contact the ICC Technology help Desk at (309) 694-5457. Tuition payment should be on time and can be made in person, by cash, or check. You may pay tuition online or setup a payment plan. Learn more about our payment plans.

05Send a Transcript back to your Home Institution

At the end of the term, do not forget to send a transcript back to your home institution. There is no cost to send the transcript electronically and you can set it up early to send once your grade is posted. For information, visit the Enrollment Services webpage.
