Link to Title IX and Sex Discrimination Policies

Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex (gender) of employees and students of educational institutions receiving federal financial assistance. Link to FERPA Policies

FERPA (The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) is a federal law that protects the confidentiality of student records.
