Student Disciplinary Process

In compliance with the State of Illinois mandate for COVID in higher education institutions, the following process is being implemented for those students who are not in compliance during Fall semester of 2021. 

  • Week of November 1, 2021 – Placed enrollment holds for Spring 2022.  
  • Week of November 5, 2021 – Delivered verbal warning and add to their permanent disciplinary record. 
  • Week of November 15, 2021 – Delivered written warning via letter and email. 
  • Week of November 29, 2021 – Administrative withdrawal from on-campus Fall 2021 courses, without a refund of tuition or fees.
