Technology Help Desk

The Technology Help Desk is now located on the East Peoria campus in Room L-122 and can be reached by telephone at (309) 694-5457.

Online Technology Help Desk

If you are a registered ICC student or employee, you can submit your own Technology Help Desk issues.

Summer Hours Of Operation

Monday-Thursday 7 am - 7 pm
Friday 7 am - 4 pm
Saturday closed
Sunday 5 pm - 8 pm

Normal Hours Of Operation

Monday-Thursday 7 am - 10 pm
Friday 7 am - 4 pm
Saturday 8 am - 12 pm
Sunday 4 pm - 10 pm

 

Technology Help Desk Service Level Agreement  [pdf]

The Technology Help Desk is the central location for questions regarding computer problems. Whether you are a student needing a password reset, a staff member with a computer problem, or a faculty member requiring help with a PeopleSoft question the Technology Help Desk staff can guide you through a solution. Requests for password changes require proper authentication from the requestor, email requests for password changes cannot be honored. If the problem is outside the scope of the Technology Help Desk, they will direct you or contact the proper resources for resolution of your problem.

Blackboard
Many Blackboard questions can be answered by the Technology Help Desk staff, (309) 694-5457. ICC Faculty seeking training in Blackboard may call the Teaching and Learning Center at (309) 694-8908.

Home Computer Problems:
Technology Help Desk staff are not allowed to work on student computers, install software or provide instructions to users on how to fix computer probelms. They may only recommend possible software solutions that may resolve a problem, but it is ultimately the users decision whether to try the solution.
