Once your application is processed, a confirmation email is sent to your personal email address. After you receive your confirmation email, you will have access to ICC eServices and you will begin receiving email communication at an ICC student email address assigned to you.
Course pre-requisites may be met with academic placement testing, college entry test scores, prior college/university transcripts, and/or department approval. ICC requires reading and math pre-requisites which could be satisfied by placement testing or other methods.

If placement testing is required, testing is available at all ICC campuses and can be arranged at an approved testing center near you if you are not in the East Peoria/Peoria, Illinois area.

Fill out the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We encourage students to complete the FAFSA as soon as possible after the application is made available.

The ICC Educational Foundation awards over 600 scholarships each year! To apply, simply fill out the online application between January 15 and April 1. Some scholarships may be available year-round.

Make an appointment to meet with your academic advisor.
After you work with your academic advisor to plan your course schedule, use ICC eServices to register online. You also may register by phone, 309-694-5600, or visit Enrollment Services at the East Peoria, Peoria, Downtown Peoria and Pekin Campuses. Check our hours of operation to fit within your schedule.
Once you are registered, you may use your instructor name and class number to search the ICC Bookstore website for required books and other materials.
Make financial arrangements for your tuition. Tuition payment must be on time and can be made in person by cash or check only. Use your ICC eServices account to pay tuition online or to set up a payment plan.
Effective November 1, 2016, credit and debit payments for student account charges will only be accepted online. In addition, card users will incur a separate, non-refundable convenience fee — 2.75% of the payment amount ($3 minimum fee) — at the time of each credit or debit card payment for student account charges. Students paying online by electronic check (E-Check or ACH transaction) will not incur the convenience fee.
