About a week prior to the start of the class, students enrolled online classes should receive an email at their ICC student email addresses.

If you are new to ICC and need more information about eServices, email, and Blackboard, visit the First Time Student Technology User website.
If you are enrolled in any class with a CMWEB prefix (such as CMWEB110) class, go to mlearn.ws to log in. This applies only to CMWEB classes.
If you do not have access to your online class by the end of the first day of class, contact your instructor. Find faculty contact information in the ICC faculty directory.
The Blackboard login page provides links to help resources. Use the browser check to test your computer’s compatibility with Blackboard. Use other Blackboard login page links to access how-to tutorials.
When you need it, look for and ask for help. ICC provides online students with academic and technology support services.
Use the email and chat links for writing and tutoring support.
