The ICC Fitness Center is offering a FREE Week to all employees, students, and community members over the age of 18 for the first week of fall semester classes.
Come to the Fitness Center August 15-20 and try out the cardio equipment, strength machines, free weights or any of the group fitness classes – all for FREE! Receive an entry form for a prize drawing each time you attend a group fitness class during the week. View the complete group fitness schedule online on the Fitness Center web page.
Hours for the week are Monday-Friday, 5:30 am to 8 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm.
