Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at ICC :: September 19 to October 13

Join ICC’s International Education in celebrating the wonderful contributions and influences the Latin American Community has had in the United States by taking part in some cultural activities throughout the month. This year we will kick-off with the Annual Fair Trade Coffee Tasting on Monday, September 19 from 8 am to 2 pm in the East Peoria Atrium, a charity event to raise funds and awareness of the Godinez School in rural Guatemala with sustainability projects. This event will be followed by weekly events to engage in celebration for the vibrant Hispanic cultures and customs throughout the world.

Wednesday, September 21 – Bradley Salsa Club presents Salsa Dancing Performance – East Peoria Campus Dining – 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm

Tuesday, September 27 – Sip and Scribble: Grab a Drink and Color Like the Pros- International Center 304A – 9 am to noon

Thursday, October 13 – Make Your Own Guac! – International Center 304A – 10 am to noon
